Avalanche Skills Training Level 1

Wednesday, April 23rd, 2008It’s been unseasonably cold in BC recently. We went up for the closing weekend of Whistler Mountain (Blackcomb is still open until June), expecting some slushy spring conditions. We woke up on Saturday to temperatures of -9C in the village and -18C on the mountain.
