New Orleans Katrina overlay

This is pretty amazing, Google maps have an overlay showing The effects of Katrina on New Orleans. You need to flick between satellite and Katrina when you’re zoomed right in to get the full effect.
On a related note I’m still hoping some good might come out of this disaster in showing the USA what climate change can do to this planet. Maybe they’ll think again about the Kyoto protocol.
