I really don’t understand why people spend £200+ on an iPod and then use the cheap and nasty headphones that they ship with. They:

• Are going to get you mugged
• Are poor quality
• Are very quiet (not helped by the iPods low volume output)
• Leak noise to all around you (I was sat next to a guy on the train last night who prompted this post)
• Have terrible bass response

Please do yourself (and everybody near you) a favour and spend £10-15 on a decent pair of headphones!! You’ll enjoy your music more and I won’t have to!
I’d recomend Cheap Sony Fontopia (you can find these cheaper) or Posh Sony Fontopia or some Senheisers.
