Anybody else noticed how hard it is to find EasyJet’s phone number on their website? After finally finding it you have to pay 10p/minute and listen to a 90 second pre-recorded voice telling you all sorts of stuff you don’t need to know before you can even try to talk to a real person.

On a similar note it’s a lot like the voice telling you how to leave a message when you get somebody’s voicemail. Companies must make a fortune from this
